Our locker delivery service works like this:
Orders placed in a locker by 9am (Monday thru Friday) will be picked up that same day and returned by 5pm, 2nd business day.
We deliver all orders within the commitment time. You can also call our customer service hotline (949) 733-0303 and double check with any of our customer service agents.

Leave clothes with or without a bag
(A personalized bag will be issued upon first delivery)
LOCK USING KEYPAD
USE ANY FOUR DIGIT CODE AND LOCK by turning bottom handle to upright position (as shown).
Enter four digit code a second time, to confirm and lock (Newport Beach ONLY)
NOTIFY US VIA OUR WEBSITE
Click on "I DROPPED OFF MY CLEANING" (WEBSITE)
PICK UP "DAY OR NIGHT"
After receiving “Order Ready” Text
NOTE: If by chance, you don't receive this text, feel free to check locker within 2-3 business days. Using your original code to open, retrieve your order and free-up locker for next user.
One last note from management at THE CLEANING LOCKER: Once you become a customer of THE CLEANING LOCKER, you can use our lockers at ANY LOCATION you see! Your customer information is on file with us… So please feel free to use one location or multiple locations. We will return your clothing to the locker where you dropped off that specific order on that specific day.
